Process management design in document management system

TL;DRAbstract

Well designed and properly managed business processes are a vital part of successful businesses. Subject of this thesis is documentation and redesign of business processes in the company IUS SOFTWARE. The thesis also describes the process of design and planning of a Business Process Management System. The project for business process redesign was started because of the need to optimize and update currently running processes in the company. I developed a new process (redesigned process), based on documentation and modeling of existing processes. The redesign and the process itself are described in the first part of the thesis. Business Process Management System is described in the second part of the thesis. The need for this system comes from the demand for efficient management and monitoring of processes, and their execution.
