TL;DRAbstract

The purpose of this simulation is to determine the accuracy performance capability of an aircraft positioning system based on the triangulation principle when combined with distance measuring equipment (DME), inertial elements and filtering (blending) of data from the various sensors. The simulation also determines how sensitive the overall system accuracy is to changes in certain key sensor parameters. (Author)
