TL;DRAbstract

This document, approved by the USF Council of Deans on 28 November 1972 and signed into effect by USF President Cecil Mackey on 2 January 1973, articulated the relationship between courses and faculty at USFSP and USF Tampa. The Bayboro Campus, as it was commonly known, functioned as a "center" and all academic colleges and departments at USF Tampa had to approve all curricular matters. This document represents the practices of USFSP during the 1970s, when it functioned as a "branch" campus and did not have separate accreditation.
