外源Ca(上标 2+)浸种对茄子种子萌发及其胚芽和胚根生理生化特性的影响

TL;DRAbstract

Two eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) cultivars 'Texuanzichangqie' (long eggplant cultivars) and 'Erminqie' (roundish eggplant cultivar) were selected as experimental materials in this experiment. Effects of seed soaking with exogenous Ca(superscript 2+) on seed germination, physiological and biochemical characteristics of its plumule and radicle were studied. The results showed that eggplant seed germination characteristics and SOD, POD, CAT activity of its plumule and radicle were promoted, while the content of MDA was reduced when the seed was soaked with 5.0-50.0 mmol•L^(-1) Ca(superscript 2+). Better effect on seed soaking of these 2 cultivars was gained with 25.0 mmol•L^(-1) Ca(superscript 2+). When the seed soaking content of Ca(superscript 2+) reached 100.0 mmol•L^(-1), the inhibition effect was most distinct.
