TL;DRAbstract
The scape of Wan Wade Hosta plantaginea Aschers was used as explant to establish the technique system of tissue culture. A study was conducted on culture MS added with different concentration of cytokinin and the auxin to look for the best medium composition. The results indicated that the best callus initiation medium was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L and the propagation multiple amounted to 4.7 and effect of IBA on regenerate shoots initiation was not significant.
