Magnetic nanop articles for use in a pharmaceutical composition
TL;DRAbstract
[EN] The invention relates to a \npharmaceutical composition that includes a magnetic \nnanoparticle and at least one active ingredient, \npreferably an antineoplastic or immunomodulator, for \ntreating illnesses, in particular cancer. The nucleus of \nthe magnetic nanoparticle includes a magnetic iron \nAA oxide. The surface of the nanoparticle includes ligands \n'c".,,,' BB bonded thereto by means of an ionic bond, a covalent bond, a hydrogen bridge, a hydrophobic bond, an \nelectrostatic bond and/or a metal-ligand coordination \nbond, wherein the ligand includes an active region \nhaving at least one group chosen from - C02H, -P03H, \n-P04H, -S03H and -S04H. Moreover, the active \ningredient is bonded to the active region of the ligands \nby means of ionic bonds.
