TL;DRAbstract

The author analyzed and probed into the causes for the occurrence of the ”black whistle” behavior in the China Professional Soccer League Games from the perspective of human nature, and drew the following conclusions: Interest pursuit and sell protection are the nature of human beings; in general circumstances, people always seek for the maximization of their own interests; however, people would conduct irrational behaviors when their pursuit of interest exceeds a certain limit, which would ultimately lead to the dissimilation of human nature towards evil. ”Black whistle” is the expression of immoral behaviors conducted by various interest principal parties in the Professional Soccer League Games by violating human moral nature, abusing their power for personal gains and ignoring the interests of the state and others in places where legal system and moral restraints are insufficient, so as to pursue their own maximum interests and satisfy their own desires.
