The comparative characteristics of efficacy of modern local anesthetics Ropivacaine, Bupivacaine and Lidocaine at surgeries is presented in this article. It is proved that optimal anesthetic is Ropivacaine that has the greatest analgesic effect, the least cardioand neiro-toxicity and highly influence immune status.
