TL;DRAbstract

We present the results of treatment of patients with primary multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR PT) (main group) and with acquiring MDR PT (comparison group) in Republic of Buryatia. We used the indexes for estimation of the treatment results according to the international standard. Index of sputum clean negativations is higher in main group 77,8 %, in comparison, group 44,4 %. The rate of negative sputum, in main group was 78 %, in comparison group 41,9 % (р nd group (21/10,3 %). Tolerability to reserved, medication, in the 1 st group was better than in the 2 nd group (28 % and. 43,4 % correspondingly, р st group and. 10,8 % in the 2 nd group (рst group (n = 5, 2,5 %). Treatment was interrupted in 18 % of the 1 st group of patients and. in 28,1 % of the 2 nd group of patients. There were 21 patients died in the 2 nd group (10,3 %).
