TL;DRAbstract

The main topic of this Bachelor Task is psychological oddness of the communication of the policemen while dealing with citizens. Except the common principles in leading the communication there are some oddones e.g. emotionally hard notification, expressive role communication, conglicts between policeman and citizen, excessive psychical endurance which comes from the given communication. These theoretic solutions are applied in analysis of concrete hard-to-communicate police situations.
