Background: Stress may cause immunity impairment especially in cellular immunity responses, while BCG vaccination may increase it. Objective: The aim of this study was to prove the bacterial number on stress BALB/c’s liver, infected with Listeria monocytogenes which was vaccinated with BCG was lower than the mice which was not vaccinated with BCG. Method and subject: This study adapts laboratory experimental and Post Test Only Control Groups Design. The 24 female BALB/c divided into four groups and received standard lab diet daily. The Control group (C) received no other additional treatment. The Stress group (EFS) received stressed by electrical foot shock start on day 12th until day 21st. The BCG group received intra peritoneal injection of 0.1cc BCG at day 1st and day 11th and the EFS+BCG group received intra peritoneal injection of 0.1cc BCG at day 1st and 11th and stressed by electrical foot shock start on day 12th until day 21st.
