Desenvolvimento de método para determinação de drogas psicoativas e seus metabólitos em esgoto : suporte aos estudos de epidemiologia forense

The need for a faster, trustful and more precise tool to estimate drug abuse consumption has given space to the approach called sewage epidemiology. This work aims to develop analytical method based on UPLC-MS/MS to determine COC, BE and 8 other metabolites, AMP, MAMP and 4 other amphetamine-like substances, and 3 of the major metabolites of cannabis, CBD, OH -THC and THC-COOH; in order to estimate the consumption using sewage epidemiology. For the development of the method, an optimization of MRM parameters for all analytes was carried out and a chromatographic method to adequately separate the target substances was developed. 2 3 factorial planning was conducted to study the effects of two different levels for conditioning solvent, elution solvent and pH value for the samples. The final extraction method was able to produce satisfactory recoveries for 19 of the 14 originally proposed analytes.
