TL;DRAbstract

Good Governance is a paradigm within performing governance which asking every public organization for applying accountability and transparency. Government commitment in order to completely remove corruption, conspiracy and nepotism is a political will to support Good Governance. Stakeholder's demand for government institutions performance is a real shape of organization accountability demand to public. Optimum monitoring is vision and mission of Province Controlling Body of Central Java in order to support Good Governance. Such condition must be considered by this body to anticipate dynamics and environment demands which changing any time. This research is supposed to analyze environmental factors of organization, recognizing strategic issue faced by organization and recommending the strategy for monitoring work achievement.
