A CONTRIBUTION TO A BIBLIOGRAPHY OF THE RACCOON (PROCYON LOTOR).

TL;DRAbstract

The Division of Biology and Medicine believes that this bibliography will make a worthwhile contribution to ecology literature. While there are few references to radiation and its effect on raccoons, nevertheless, the basic work on the raccoon has never been gathered together. These basic studies need to be document and made available for study by radiation ecologists, who are just now finding the raccoon an invaluablk test animal for wild-life studies with applications to mammals is general, e.g., home range and territoriality.
