Analysis of the Influence of Individual Factor, Psychology and Organization to the Pharmacy Workers Performance at dr. R. Sutrasno District General Hospital (RSUD) Rembang

Health service at pharmacy unit, as a one form of the professional service, was an inseparable integral part of health service effort. Based on health service performance indicator, pharmacy unit was one of the service units that had poor performance. The objective of this study was to know the influence of individual factor, psychology and organization to the pharmacy workers performance at dr. R. Soetrasno District General Hospital (RSUD) Rembang.
\nResults of the study showed no association between pharmacy workers performance and age, level of education, length of work, marital status (p> 0.05). There were association between work satisfaction and pharmacy workers performance (p: 0.0014), motivation and pharmacy workers performance (p:0.05), leadership and pharmacy workers performance (p:0.001), supervision and pharmacy workers performance (p:0.001), compensation and pharmacy workers performance (p:0.001).
