TL;DRAbstract

The aim of the work is to show reasons for implementing the concept of age management in enterprises. Four reasons that serve as conditions for human resources to include age management policies have been analysed. They are: 1. demographic changes (ageing workforce), 2. adjustment of the enterprise policy to the state policy in reference to employment, 3. keeping a  particular level of competence in organisations, 4. benefits stemming from diversity.
