Time performance analysis of construction of two residential facilities in Gaj Preserje neighbourhood

TL;DRAbstract

The degree paper deals with a comparison between two courses of construction of two equal multi
\nfacilities in the residental neighbourhood Gaj Preserje. The comparison is limited to the construction,
\nmore precisely to the course of constructing reinforced concrete. The initial part of the paper contains
\nthe descriptions of the investor and the contractor and short presentation of the residental
\nneighbourhood. This is followed by the description of a project which brings the details of each single
\nobject. Within the description of the course of construction a starting shedule is presented as well as
\nthe additonal plans for the workforce, material and equipment needed. Program MS Project is used to
\nshow the graphic presentation of the course of construction of each object separately. This reveals the
\ndifferences in time at various phases. Afterwards, the reasons for the differences or deviations are
