TL;DRAbstract

We analized the different influence from negative and positive life events, along life areas as physical, economical, laboural, personal, emotional and social, attending to the degree of predictability of the event ocurrence, in a sample composed by individuals from 14 to 65 years old. Categorization of events was based on age intervals indicative of the normativity. Results showed differences regarding predictability of the event and regarding the area of influence. We found higher significative emotional influence to the normative life events specifically for positive events. On the contrary, the non normative events got higher significant economical, laboural and social influence in the case of negative events. These results reflect the important transitions that events mean to the individual along his development. So, we conclude with the need of new researchs analysing the impact of the event accross different life areas as a complement of studies focused on the global impact of t
