A Study of the Chromosomes in 86 Cases with Congenital Malformations of Extremities

TL;DRAbstract

The chromosomes are studied in 86 cases with congenital malformations of extremities. Two cases had abnormal karyotypes: one showed 47, XXX and the other 45, X/46, XX. The remaining 84 cases were found to possess a normal karyotype. The parents so far studied were chromosomally normal.
