Avaliação in vitro da resistencia da infiltração marginal de quatro materiais utilizados no selamento coronario em dentes tratados endodonticamente

Coronal sealing together with the apical sealing plays an important role in the success of endodontic treatment.The aim of this study was to evaluate in vítro the coronal sealing ability of 4 materiais (Cavit, Vitremer, Resin composite Flow and Resin composite Z100), used as barriers to preveni microleakage.One hundred fresh human molar with completely formed root were randomly divided in five experimental groups and one positive control group, containing 20 teeth each.Ali teeth were instrumented by the Hybrid Technique used in FOP-UNICAMP and filled with gutta-percha and sealer by cold lateral condensation.Three millimeters of the restorative material were placed into pulp chamber.The teeth were thermocycled (600 cycles) and immersed in ink for 5 days.Specimens were decalcified, dehydrated and cleared to assess the tracer infiltration using estereomicroscope.The infiltration leveis were codified and assessed by three different operators, in differents times.Ali groups showed dye penet
