TL;DRAbstract
This bachelor thesis deals with various methods of labour recruitment for big companies. The theoretic part describes mainly the need of gaining new employees and functioning of the personnel department. It also characterizes methods commonly used in employees recruitment. The practical part consists of recruitment analysis in Faurecia Company in Písek and its experience with each of the methods presented. It also deals with the recruitment of foreign workers with regard to their actual use in Faurecia company. There is no best method of employees recruitment which could be used in all circumstances. It strongly depends on the needs of the particular employer, on the current situation in the labour market and on many other factors. Therefore, each company should select the most appropriate concept of employees recruitment.
