Corporation as a subject of criminal law is a phenomenon of legislative policy in legislation products, nowadays. Therefore, the writer wants to study about it further by conducting a research about corporation criminal justification to the environment criminal act. The issue which the writer wants to discuss is about determinate of corporation criminal according to the legislation which prevails currently applied in the TPLH case, and the things that should be formulated in the legislative policy about corporation criminal justification in TPLH. The main target of this research is legislative policy in determining the corporation justification system in the environment legislation together with the application and the obstacle, also the legislative policy about the corporation criminal justification in TPLH.
