TL;DRAbstract
Historically, women participation in Indonesian political contest has been marginalized by both political and cultural factors. The research plans to observe the political behavior of women in the last 2004 Presidential Election, in Adimulyo Village Kebumen. The research utilized survey method with cross-sectional design using 75 respondents. The result shows that: first, educational background and age affect on women's voting reliance; second, mass media communication intensity affects on women's voting preference.
