Isolasi Senyawa Flavonoida Dari Buah Tumbuhan Harimonting (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa W.Ait)

TL;DRAbstract

The isolation of Flavonoid compound which contained in the fruit of Harimonting (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa. W.ait) has been done by maceration with methanol solvent, and extracted partition by n-hexane. The concentrated methanol extract was put into column chromatography, eluted with mobil phase n-hexane : ethyl acetate (80:20 v/v) and stationary phase silica gel 60 G (E.merck). The compound yielded was purified. The weight of the pure compound is 60 mg, amorf and brown. The compound was then identified, by Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Proton (H-NMR), and Spectroscopy UV-Visible Spectroscopic analysis shows that the compound belongs to Flavonoid.
