TL;DRAbstract

Based on affirmative the great contribution of rural labor transfer in our country,the main problem and reasons on the rural labor transfer were analyzed from rural migrant worker's status,survival characteristic,cultural quality,switching cost and risk.And from cultural skill quality of rural labor,system environment,public service,rural urbanization,the countermeasures were puts forward to realize smooth,rapid and orderly rural labor transfer.
