TL;DRAbstract

The Educational therapeutic center has as primary function to receive kids with intellectual deficiency in between 0 – 6 years old. It’s important that a special center with this infrastructure gets installed in the city so these kids can receive an adequate treatment and education. 
\n\tThe architecture program includes 3 principal areas: the educational wing, the recreational and integration wing and the therapeutic wing. The estimated area of the project is 8000m2. 
\nThe project is located in the north center of the city of Quito. The location is central and benefits of public transportation.
