TL;DRAbstract

This study presents the results regarding the perception of the servers of the Brazilian National Fund for the Development of Education (FNDE) about the quality of life at work. The primary source of data were collected through semi-structured PQVT considering the perception of the past five years. Also, it was interviewed the Coordinator of DIDAV, responsible for the program in QVT FNDE and 3 focus groups with 8 people each in order to analyze and evaluate the quality of life in the work environment of this organization. The study aimed to describe the specific perception FNDE's servers on the impact of the actions of PQVT, trying to detect existing conditions that the same channel their efforts in pursuit of organizational excellence.
