Estudo comparativo da eficiencia energetica da industria da ceramica de revestimento via umida no Brasil e na Espanha

TL;DRAbstract

This study proposes to construct physical thermodynamic energy efficiency and economic indicators for the ceramics casing industry. For greater comprehension a comparative analysis was preformed of energy consumption between two countries, Brazil and Spain. The thermal and electrical data of both countries were compared. The humid production process of ceramic casings was analyzed in this study because of common utilization in the Spanish and Brazilian ceramic industries. Besides developing a recommended methodology for studies of industrial processes that combine physical thermodynamic energetic efficiency with economic efficiency this study constructed energy efficiency indicators specific to this industrial segment. Such indicators may contribute to decision making with regard to the energy choices available to a company as wells aide in an appropriate technology.
