TL;DRAbstract

Recently, the growth and development of urban center area, particularly its building layout haven’t well planned and organized. The use of CBD area mixes between formal activities and non-formal activities. The formal activity includes the activities of trade and services locating on buildings in the left and right roadsides. The non-formal activity includes the activity of PKL locating on public area, such as: pavement and the body roads. Congestion in the central area of Bandar Lampung affected by unorderly building layout, high traffic flow volume of the vehicle and bad traffic organizing also caused by the decreasing of road capacity due to the high side friction. Those side frictions are PKL activities, non-motor vehicle, parking and stopping vehicle, and pedestrian. The congestion occurred on Jl. Raden Intan, Jl. Kartini, Jl. Imam Bonjol, Jl. Pemuda, and Jl. Pangkal Pinang. The congestion on the main roads internodes of Bandar Lampung cause the congestion areas exist,
