ABSTRACT The Micro Banking Strategic Business Unit BRI is one of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) strategic businesses that specially serve market segment such as micro enterprises, micro consumers, and informal sector, which service implementation to the market segment run by business units called the BRI Units. In order to run the service activity to the customers, BRI Units are depend on their human resources. BRI Unit is a productive (effective & efficient) organization, has low absence rate and volunteer turn over almost zero. But there is one aspect to be concerned, i.e. job satisfaction problem. Causes of the job satisfaction problem are (1) there are amount of clerk were university graduates, (2) there was no difference treatment between university graduate employees and middle school (SLA) graduate employees in career and promotion, (3) there was no difference reward between employees with different rank who had the same job, or vice versa.
