Documentation Completness Analysis of Nursing Education in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Recegency Hospital Purwokerto

TL;DRAbstract

Hospital is an institution gives health service to the society. Nursing services is a part of health services give to the society, so the management in nursing field will determine nursing quality it self. In recent condition, nursing service, especially in documented nursing education, is not appropriate with the expected standard. It influences the distribution process continuityof qualifield nursing education.
\nThe problem here is about documented nursing education completness of hospitalized patient in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regency Hospital Purwokerto.
\nThis research in an observation and explorative description with qualitative approach in aim to expose the recent state deal with documented nursing education completness. Data analysis method in this research used primary and secondary data analysis. Data processing is adjusted with the research goals then verified and presented in descriptive form.
