TL;DRAbstract

Cystic artery erosion and pseudoaneurysm causing arteriobiliary fistula are rare vascular complications related to the biliary tree. A high index of suspicion and timely intervention is important. Trauma to arteries should be avoided during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
